You or your potential tenant only pay when the transaction is completed, which occurs after the applicant agrees to screening and successfully verifies their identity.

Our process ensures that your potential tenant explicitly consents to background checks. This means that they can share their data with whom they want when they want. If your screening package includes a TransUnion credit report, then our process will result in a soft inquiry on the applicant’s credit history with no impact on their credit score. At the end of the screening process, you and your potential tenant will receive an email notifying you that tenant screening reports have been delivered to your dashboard and ready to be reviewed.
